Uhhhhhh, yeah, it's a joke.......... What/who did Goku fight in base form and win/do well that he would have lost in SSJ4? What's that? Nobody? Thought so. It is an exaduration, Base Kid Goku in GT was pretty screwed up since he took on Cell and Frieza in base form, but he wasn't stronger than SSJ4 Goku.

Not only that but against 17, UUB kicked 17 BEFORE he absorbed any energy and it did no damage. UUB=SSJ3 Chibi Goku

SSJ4 got whooped by 17 and his base form used SUPER DRAGON FIST!!!@!!@!@!@!@ and it went right through then fired a KAMEHAMEHA. If SSJ4>>>>Base then those attacks would have done nothing.......unless SDF is the strongest attack ever which...it isn't

After Training Uub, Base Goku matched Uub in power, which was also equal to Kid Buu. Assuming Goku lost 90% of his power by being shrunk, he still is WAY ahead of Mystic Gohan in his SS4 Form.

GT made Mystic Gohan nothing and SS4 everything, accept it.

But in GT there is NO Chou Gohan, if they left him in then Goku couldn't have been the strongest....

Would SSJ4 REALLY make him stronger than Gohan? No. Gohan is at least 3 transformations ahead of Goku. SSJ4 would be below SSJ2 Gotenks

The fact is that Goku's base form is like 10x stronger in GT then it was in Z, despite being a kid. Because of that, all of his forms are significantly stronger.

If Goku went SS4 in the Buu Saga this would be correct, but he went SS4 in the Bebi saga, and he was WAY WAY WAY stronger then.

If Gohan is the strongest character because of potential unlocking and having the most hidden power, does this mean that Vegito has more sleeping power than Gohan?

I don't know, probally but it's never stated how much potential Vegito has...
