lets say vegeta saved the earth from cell when he tried to blow himself up same thing happened went to ing kais with instant transmision (goku tought him this move lets say) and vegeta dies and doesn't get sent to hell now lets say vegeta does all that training and stuff in otherworld like the tournament and lerning the fusion dance and all that stuff ssj3 lets say i guess....

would this make him stronger then goku or do you think goku would still learn ssj3 on earth?

I think goku would still somehow go ssj3 but vegeta would be stronger. :cry:

but i guesss king kai would tell him that it will give him an immense power level

Goku is definately the strongest, though Vegeta is always right on his heels.

i tend to disagree. i think goku is alot stronger than vegeta. the only time vegeta was stronger was in the beginning of DBZ wheregoku needed to go to king kai in order to match vegeta's stength. after he trained with king kai he was just as strong as vegeta. then he passed him when he went to the after life.
