I always thought he was overrated and I don't like the fact that he has other peoples moves and makes them stronger when the original user trains hard to make a new move. He's looks kinda dumb to me and I thought he was badass when in his imperfect form.

Cell looks awesome and he's one of the best villians. Raditz is so pathetic he shouldn't even be a warrior.

No he doesn't he looks gay, Raditz was owning Goku and Piccolo at the time so they are pathetic Goku had to kill himself to beat Raditz. Also, Raditz wasn't used to fighting and losing so that's why he wasn't a strong saiyan but he was strong at that time and would have become even stronger.
