Out of respect for Arika Toriyama, i pick Freeza, as he was supposed to look like a comination of AT's childhood monsters, and based on the results seen in dbz, it's pretty awesome. There's also imo an aura of delicate arrogance that seems to eminate from Freeza in any of his forms, which just makes him look even cooler.I also like Janemba alot, for a non-canon villian, he's downright badass and would convince me anyday that he is the incarnation of all the evil in the Dragonball universe, the dbz version of satan, if you will.Right after Janemba is Dabura. Being the king of all demons, plus that sword and aura of arrogance borrowed from Freeza, is pretty sweet. In a way, he's the canon version of the "dbz satan" anyways =)

I liked Frieza's final form design. As well as Cell's final form. Janemba, Cooler (not final form) and Majin Vegeta were all on my list of the coolest-looking villian.

But Brolly is my choice, because he just looks bad-ass. His muscles were over-bulked, which did put me off, but the jewellry and purple hair (at one point) looked pretty cool.

Well, I tend to like his Perfect Form more. Probably because of his cool intelect that comes with it.
