Akuman & Mafuuba Questions

Can Akuman kill anybody with evil inside them and can mafuuba seal anybody besides Piccolo?

Yes to the first and second.
Although I expect that Akuman's evil blast can be reversed or something, like the Mafuuba. Only speculation though.
And "Mafuuba" is translated to be "Evil Containment Wave." So my guess is that it can hold anyone who is evil (or doesn't know the reverse Mafuuba).

Tyro is correct about the Mafuba, as for Akuman....it's hard to say. I mean with that logic, Freeza & Cell can be beaten by that weakling. I have to say that if a character is greatly stronger they can fight the blast because the blast is not stroing enough to make them explode. But that's just speculation.
