I feel Dbz has died off ever since the release of Wrath of the dragon movie 13 on dvd.
I being a loyal fan of the db dbz series am depressed, will there be anything new to come out of DBZ |

LMAO. Technical termed, yes, the Dragonball universe has been "dead" since the last DB episode/movie/whatever was last aired, and that's quite some time ago (though the term "dead" is debatable, since episodes/movies are still being aired again sometimes). But as long as there is the fanbase, with fan-made stuff the story can continue to any crazy extents the fans want. That's what usually happens with fictional universes anyway. But trying to make money out of something new based on the DB universe... I don't see it coming. I can even say I was happy DB ended, because the ending (GT) was pretty crap compared to the previous parts and disgraced the entire series. I only REALLY enjoyed DB (as a whole) until the Cell saga ended. But to be honest, I haven't found any other manga/anime that matches the quality of Dragonball in my eyes. Dragonball was just too unique for me.

Yeah...it's been dead for a time that surpasses "short" by a length for a while now. For me, it's not toilsome or drudging to dole out what with my face not growing blank or grave in example, or anyplace near as the resulting emotions. I think it is to be expected that we don't see Super Saiyans and their auras licking around them anymore in 'Dragonball' in big bold, accentuated letters on advertisements with even bands of light and shadow wrapped around them every which way at view, and that Dragonball really only equates to entertainment when all is said and done in my view (in all its incarnations). Sure, it's fun to read and watch on many a time, from the beginning of the story (Dragonball Volume #1) to the chosen ending (Dragonball, Z "Era" Volume #42 / #26). But... not a length away from SS2 Vegeto, I moved on way back when and it's not a gaze I held perseveringly (as those days of Dragonball fandom to glance at obviously were over a while back).
I guess I'm just willing to accept that night fell full upon and slid into the popularity that had a lapse into the realm that is Dragonball a while back. But that doesn't impede us from breeding subjects and topics of discussion and holding discussions over said Dragonball, does it? And then fans seeked an outlet to plug at all those years ago... which was the monstrosity that is GT. Why that ever reached fruition bemuses me to no end. So... perhaps it's a good thing that Dragonball came to a close where it did? Though I'm fine with all 42 volumes of the Manga, the movies, select parts of the anime (as well as the wonderful Japanese version, sound effects, Seiyuus, Steven J. Simmon's translations, and the music, in my eyes) in full. In my eyes.

ya...it's been going down in popularity for a llooonngg time in the U.S. but it's still fairly popular. A lot of people still enjoy the series even though a lot of us our adults or or young adults...The remastered dbz will sell fairly well I think...especially if they advertize on tv and in stores..it might even attract some new fans who haven't even heard of the show..otherwise it'll be just the "remaining" fans who buy it.

I think that it has already been digitally remastered but it is only available in Japanese with no subtitiles as far as I know.

That might be cool. Maybe cut back on some of the filler? It would have to be redrawn by Japan. And most of the dialouge would need no changing, and scenes would need to be made longer, angles were have to be same or better IMO. But I the biggest thing I would want from a reanimated version is more blood. |

A lot of the filler was gay, IMO, but some of it was actually entertaining.
And yes......BLOOD! More blood! And some cussing. ![]()

DBZ died like 5 years ago when GT came out (in America) but I mean every anime will die from Bleach to Naruto but unlike DBZ the rest of the Big Animes we'll see will go MUCH longer than DBZ (like one Piece, Bleach and Naruto) and this could be a good or bad thing (For me I think One Piece should have ended way before manga 40)
