What if it were Vegeta That was sent to earth not Goku and Vegeta hit his head and forgot his mission before he was found by grandpa Gohan and Frieza Didn't destroy Planet Vegeta.

Then the universe would EXPLODE because KAKKAROTO WOULD BE EVIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1) If Vegeta with his power level was sent to the Earth, without any training or anything, he would be so over everyone it would be ridiculous... If I have understood Dragonball well, Goku was weaker than Grandpa Gohan when he was first sent to the Earth (he had to be). Vegeta would be so much stronger he would accidentaly kill him-as well as, well, almost everyone who crossed paths with him. Seriously, Vegeta would kill with a single blast Roshi, the Red Ribbon Army, Piccolo, Piccolo Jr... everyone. If he was good... well he'd only kill the bad guys.
2) If planet Vegeta wasn't destroyed by Frieza... then the Saiyans would eventually invade Earth but since Vegeta was the strongest of them he would kill them all and then Frieza would kill him because he was too strong for his own (Frieza's) good...

Does he mean if Goku was the prince of all saiyans and Vegeta was the low class Saiyan?
Well if he is thinking what if in that way? The same thing would happen when Goku was sent to Earth. Goku would come down with nappa obivously to destroy the planet but the difference vegeta would beat the evil kakarot to save the world.
