What do you think the Cell Juniors did after they died?

I dont know. Hell is hell, so when they went there they prolly just terrorized everyone.

I believe Cell Juniors to be different than Cell, most possibly even different than the rest of the Androids. I don't think they had a mind of their own, nor a heart, or soul, or anything. So when Gohan destroyed them... that's it. They ceased existing.

wait a minute...in the anime...they have the bad people with bodies (Cell) and well...how come in the anime, they had people as clouds too? I'm getting confused? I'm confusing myself.

I'll tell you why. Non-canon.
As SS2 Vegeto said, canonically, they would be clouds... and in Hell. There's nothing they can do.

well i don't think they didn't have a soul, one of the cell jrs was running away and if it feared for it's own life then it but have had something (unless your one of those people who don't think animals have souls) but as it was really just an extension of cell, maybe that protion of his power went back inside of him.

Well think that. When he "died", where did Android 16 go? Nowhere. He was just destroyed. That's why he wasn't brought back by the dragon when the Z fighters wished for those killed to be brought back. Yet he was still able to act for himself, although he was a full robot. I believe the Cell Jrs were like #16, only, well... evil.

I think the cell juniors were just destroyed I mean they were grew in a way like the saibamen. So when the cell jrs were killed, they were just gone.
