Stated Power Levels
These are the stated power levels of the Manga. If you ever find yourself in question in this regard, this thread is the source of any balm to give. We highly admonish that you don't flare up a list that doesn't follow these desires. Doing such mounts conflict without valid reasoning or without it being validated in such posts. As well as to avoid said conflict we recommend you adhere to these levels. So, without further ado (courtesy of Duo, altered by myself, and also courtesy of Chibi Mystic Gohan for keeping users informed about Kanzenban corrections):
