I've never heard the Ocean Dub, but in the Funimation Dub, I've only enjoyed hearing Perfect Cell's voice. The fusions are kinda fun to hear too. I'll give props to #17 as well, since it captures the apathy of the character. Otherwise, everyone else was "bleh" to me...

Sean Schemmel as Goku is just perfect, I love how his voice changes as he transforms as well. Frieza's voice is good for his First and Final Forms and I love All of Cell's voices. Mike McFarland is good as Roshi but he is AMAZING as Baby, I love his raspy, sinister voice and laugh.

Chris Sabat's characters are all good, especially Reccome, Piccolo, Omega Shenron in GT and Jeice though I preferred his Vegeta in the early FUNimation episodes, near the end of the Frieza Saga was his best, half-way between Drummond and Vegeta now.

Chuck Huber is good as 17 but I love his Garlic Junior and Pilaf, just coz they're evil imps. I love the voices of the Fusions and the voice of Eis Shenron in GT, Cooler, Turles and Stephanie Nadonly's characters.

Brian Drummoned as Vegeta. he is much better and Sabat sucks as Vegeta. If they redo the dub Brian should do it instead. Also when I read tye manga outloud I do Vegeta like Brian Drummoned. I do a good Vegeta. Also the Ocean Piccolo is better than the Funimation one but I can't do he's voice so I just speak the Funimation one.

brian did do a better vegeta I agree. I mean he made vegeta sound more evil than sabat did. Sabt made him sound all whining. And I absolutely loved complete cell's and super buu's voice after he asorbed gotenks and gohan. I think that was the same voice too.
