Vegeta-the most powerful sayajin

I think Its pretty obivious FPSSJ is stronger. There were many qutoes pointing to that fact. Even before Goku and Cell showed how fast they were, everybody was dumbfounded by their power. Everybody said Goku was stronger than everyone else. Even Cell, Trunks, and Krillin who all saw Trunks at his full power.

The word stronger means stength. I would say that FPSSJ is stronger than USSJ, but not by much. USSJ does seem to be quite strong, with the muscle increase used to hold the power better...(?).

Then why would Cell admit that Trunks is stronger than him by a wide margian?

Yeah I think USJ Is stronger but not better its a much much slower form.

Since the FPSSJ masters the SSJ form , logic makes us belive that he is stronger than the USSJ forms .
I belive that MSSJ > USSJ in raw strength .

Why do "you" insist that he was refering to his full power. it was never stated.

Because what I am saying is more logical. Why would he admit he was not as strong as Trunks if it were not true? Cell does like to gloat about his Perfect form after all, saying that Trunks power surpasses his own "by a wide margian" isn't exactly doing what his personality would fortell if it weren't true.

"The Man" didn't use his max against Goku either, he didn't use it until he fought Gohan. And based on Trunks' speed (or excuse me, lack of is more like it), Cell didn't need to power up to max. In Volume 19, Cell even makes the same mistake that Trunks did, he "transformed to maximize power". Trunks even says so himself, but he couldn't catch Gohan, based on that he fact that he was too bulky and slow. And it doesn't make sense that Cell would feel that he had to do that to beat Gohan if it actually gave him less power like you say.
I agree with Gozar, why would Cell state that Trunks was much stronger then him if it wasn't true? That isn't like Cell to say something like that judging by his arrogant personality. And when a Character states that someone is stronger then them, they mean that the Stronger character has more power, even when when the person saying it is powered up to max. You wouldn't say "this guy's power surpasses mine by a wide margin" if you could easily surpass him in strength by powering up. Then he wouldn't be stronger then you.

If what you are saying is more logical, then could you please give some light as to why the Zet Senshi were so immediate in the resulting response of registering a stupefaction at sensing the emanating Chi from said combatant at his powered up state and at full power.... because the phrase 'in character' comes to mind, to the shock of the Zet Senshi? Or is it that they conceded on many an occassion that in his powered up and full power state he far outdoes any previous state or character, for that matter, and put into throes of amazement, that taken to heart? Or is it just that somehow, Cell rises again with lightning flaring up and a black sky... that without that, after this travesty of initial trilling and multiple-interpretated hooplah injected in over the matter, their confounding response would be so lackluster. That they weren't prophetic in nature, *just* to inconvenience the reader, completely by surprise? Without growing stronger or brushing up on it to have said power? Or being of a pure heart?

Or wait - just wait - all things considered and aside, that Trunks was so amazed at both MSSj Goku at half power and full power and MSSj Gohan at full power (amazed so much that it was as if he was put through the ringer and run through the gut) and the amount of power they were at because they were no place close to himself in his SSj 3rd Grade state pre-2nd run through the RoSaT and everyplace near Complete Cell in his most suppressed state (one of the major, valid talking points of this debate, though not reaching a set requirement)? That it would have been infinitely more enjoyable to see? That it reflects rather badly on our guaging of the facts, or not so much so? Much different in respect? The limitations abound? Feel free to explain the such, because explanations are always engaging. No, really. [:|]

Heh, not to jet, but point of the matter - Trunks or no one said combatant in particular wasn't hinting at speed before the bout Goku had against Cell, is all.
