As someone brilliantly pointed out earlier in this thread, Babidi is undisputedly the most pure evil of all the Dragonball Z Villians. Think about it: He doesn't care for anyone or anything, and will kill anyone he has seduced under his control in an instant once he's done touting them. Now that's someone with true animosity. If he had his way, the Universe would have been done for and him and Majin Boo would have gone on a voracious killing spree. His intentions were and always will be that of true malign.

I'd say he even incises Freeza out in the area of being The Most Evil.

Well, but at least he had some close fighters to help him, and freeza hadn't killed his father...

I think that boo was the evilest character. Kill the world planet with an attack and let the planet intact, now, this is evil!

Super Buu and Kid Buu have got to be one of THE MOST evil guys in the history of a world called 'Fiction'.

They did what other villains in almost every other fiction couldn't do, they desotryed the world known as earth. Both the Buu had one thing that seperated them from all others - Less talk, more action. That's why Super Buu managed to kill the entire earth's population in a matter of moments.
And Kid Buu is even more sadistic, he doesn't talk at all, just goes straight to action, No second chances in front of this guy.

But like others have pointed out, they were evil by the moment of existance.

So Freeza, The Androids in the other timeline, Saiyan Saga Vegeta and Majin Vegeta I think are the most evil guys in DB. Tao was nothing in evilness in DBZ, he developed fear which prevented him from killing, like the way he did all the time in DB.

What? That doesn't make any sense. Soliders kill other soldiers for money, does that make them evil? Money is profit, killing someone so you can buy your bread and shleter doesn't equal much evil, as much as say, killing someone on the road just so you can feel better - That is pure evil. That is what defined guys like Freeza and Vegeta.

i have to say that kid buu is the evilest, he may have had no choice but to be evil but he still was the evilest villain. It dosent matter if they where created to be evil, there still evil so kid buu is the evilest in my books, cell had too much mercy and freiza grew up being evil but kid buu has always been evil he is after all the ultimate evil

Are you kidding? ..the most "evil" would be those whose hearts are filled with nothing but malice, hint, Chibi and Aku Buu's, respectively, and Bejiita at the time of his ascension to SSj, I suppose. Pure evil is the ultimate form of evil.

I disagree with everyone here, Bibidi is the most evil villain.

He created Buu, and used him to kill hundreds of planets, until he lost control.

I do like the evil doers like Kid Buu and Freeza, but I will always like having Perfect Cell is the greatest of all evil character in the entire series.

Although Cell is my favorite of all characters, I have to say he never did anything too evil except for killing trunks and perhaps absorbing all those humans. He even let Trunks live the first time they fought and allowed the Z fighter to train. Frieza or Buu wouldn't have done that.
