Since I think Turles's power exceeds 600,000 after the fruit, I think he would edge out a win. He wouldn't just easily win because he has a better power level, though.

I doubt Turles could defeat Freeza [3rd Suppression] with just one fruit consumed. Freeza will beat him, but it'll be a battle. Turles: 470,000; Freeza: 530,000

I'll give the edge to Frieza, but not by much. Turles is a great warrior and very strong after he consumes a fruit, but Frieza has a slight edge in skills and power.

Turles(post-first fruit) I would put around the 500,000 mark so I see this as a very even battle but Frieza would win with massive difficulties but if we are talking about Turles(post-second fruit) which I have around the 750,000 mark then Frieza would lose.

Turles after fruit twice: I have at 750,000 so he wins with ease.
Turles after fruit once: I have at 460,000 so frieza would win. Plus frieza could use death ball. Turles after fruit wins. A half power earth spirit bomb would still be powerful. And turles was able to knock it away with ease. \ spirit bomb: 1,000,000 half power: 500,000 for turles to knock it away with ease, atoumaticlly makes him way stronger then freza form 1! |

The first spirit bomb that was formed was derived from what was left of life after the Tree of Might had grown. So it really was far from powerful. The second spirit bomb was derived from the Shinseiju fruit, which made it hella strong. So the second fruit Turles ate right before Goku appeared at the top of the tree was already taken of its energy.
