I'd go with Vegeta, Garlic Junior tends to let his guard down alot and Vegeta is a major tactition so I'd go with Vegeta.

I would say Vegeta is strong enough to beat Garlic Jr, but it is interesting to see how Vegeta would handle the Dead Zone.
