Who wins?

This is the Yamcha at the end of the buu saga

Well since I'm assuming that you mean the Anime version where he beat Olibu, then I suppose he'd up an even fight but still lose. Manga-wise Yamcha dies...again.

Yeah i posted it in the Anime section after all.

I can see him winning he destroyed Olibu with such an ease who you know the rest of the story .. pikkon then Cell

Actually, if you consider the fact that Pikkon practically one-shotted Zenkai Kazentai Seru ( albeit with a enchancement technique; perhaps the West Kaiou's Kaiou-Ken? ), the fact that Olibu was comparable to Pikkon ( weights attached ) and that he, along with another warrior, being schooled by Yamucha in a spar, pertains to Yamucha to being at least Kazentai Seru ( Full Power, Pre-Zenkai ) level, if not higher.

Basically:
Pikkon ( '' Omega Mode '' [ the fanterm for the West Kaiou's Kaiou-Ken ] ) >> Zenkai Kazentai Seru > Yamucha ( Toei ) >/=/< Pikkon > Kazentai Seru ( Full Power, Pre-Zenkai ) >/=/< Pikkon ( weights attached ) >/= Olibu >/>> Burori ( Movie 10 ) > Burori ( Movie 8 ).

Yamcha in my opinion. he would probably be equal to Perfect Cell by the end of DBZ.

That doesn't make sense. He stops training, so if anything, he's not a match for Android #17.

Nah, I am just having a wild guess, but Yamcha is weak all in all pretty worthless character in my opinion.

Chaotzu made it to the semi-finals of the 22nd Budokai. Yamcha did not.
Chaotzu participated in the King Piccolo Saga (admittedly only barely). Yamcha did not.
Chaotzu made it to the against Nappa (admittedly only barely). Yamcha did not.
