im going with frieza. for what weve seen cooler form 4 is a total joke

plus cooler did say frieza did have an edge before cooler transformed

no not really, i just providing an arguement until they proved spc cell was stronger than broly, but i still think broly in movie 10 is pretty close and he might be capable of destroying

Goku even stated in the movie that Cooler´s Ki was stronger that Frieza´s, but that´s when cooler transformed.

I believe that Cooler [true state] is around the same power as Freeza [true state]. I feel he hinted that Freeza was very close to his power because he said they were rivals. It wasn't until Cooler reached his 5th form that he was able to proclaim complete dominance over his brother.
