i doubt frieza even gets stronger

Taking GT into account, Frieza does make a formidable increase in strength, forcing Son Goku to go SSJ. In a sense, movie 12's timeline points to a gradual buildup, comparative to his own self in GT.

That never happend Goku never went SSJ in Gt against Freeza..Freeza did improve in GT but it was small since he was so easilly beaten by a Kid Goku who stated that he is just playing games with both him and Cell

I always under the impression that he went SSJ [notice the aura and hair]. Son Goku never states he was playing games with the two, it's just implied. He comments on "Overdoing it a little", but nothing of that sort.

Hehe he was not he was just in his normal base GT form.....

-And my bad Cell said"How dare you play games with us" ....And Gok usays somethign in the lines that he expected more and that he overdoit a litlel bit so yeah Freza is a gooner

Well, if we count Movie 12, we have to count all filler. That means Frieza didn't get stronger, because he was stuck in a jail cell after Pikkon beat him and his goons.

So 17 wins this fight.

There's another thread about SSJ Vegeta beating Freeza. 17 would own SSJ Vegeta. That means that 17 owns Freeza too.

They didn't have any room; they were complaining about how cramped it was.

And Recoome offered to arm-wrestle, and Frieza declined. So he didn't want to train.
