this question annoys me a lot!
they both lost to ssj goku

who would win?

I'll be the first. Seeing as how Goku was Base when him and Pan together defeated Luud, and Goku had to go SSJ in order to beat Ledgic I'd say it's in Ledgics favor. The only problem here is that Ledgic wouldn't know how to beat Luud and there would be no one inside Luud to blast him from the inside while Ledgic blasts him from the outside. But Ledgic could be strong enough on his own to get the job done. Could go either way but I'd give it to Ledgic.

As much as I like Ledgic Luud takes this. I mean Goku at base was doing well against Ledgic and he only transformed into SS when Ledgic asked or something like that I can't recall. Anyway IIRC didn't Both Goku and Trunks as Super saiyans have trouble beating luud and only beat him because of the weakness?

Except both Goku and Trunks were not SSJ when they fought Luud. Ledgic didn't ask Goku to go SSJ, he started beating Goku's ass and said he knew Goku was holding back, that's it.

Really I thought they were Super saiyans. I haven't watched GT in 3 years so that explains why I'm so rusty lol. Even then Base Goku did fight pretty evenly against Ledgic.

I'd say Ledgic but it would be a good fight. Ledgic survived a Kamehameha from SSJ Goku and wasn't hurt too seriously. Luud was taking Goku's attacks and only was stunned momentarily but I believe that was because, he simply had a big Power advantage (But I've only seen the English version so I can't say for sure). I'd say Ledgic in a not-so-easy battle but it could go either way.
