i know what you're thinkin didn't pikkon kick cell's ass in hell but from my point of view it was a sneak attack pikkon came out of nowhere super quick plus cell killed goku but goku defeated pikkon at tha tournament i say cell in a fair fight no suprises takes out pikkon

perfect cell would have to go full power to beat pikkon on the other hand super perfect cell would pick his teeth with pikkons bones

SPC might win, Im not sure, I think he took down a weak Perfect Cell.
