Vegeta [base] and not SSj was inferior to the seventeen from Hell. Since base Vegeta at that time was much powerful than #17 of course the #17 from Hell is much stronger than the "normal" seventeen and probably stronger than MSSj Goku during Cell Games.

I didnt see Base Vegeta losing to Hell 17 they where equal......Was vegeta stronger in base then the real 17 is questionabel.......

Actually i belive that they where equal since going by the english dub Dr.gero says that both of them have equal power and the real #17 even said that he was getting stronger, it was because the two were sort of fusing together from a distance so their power was already combining....

I know that, I'm saying that nobody goes MSSJ after the Cell Games. MSSJ was used to describe the state where Goku and Gohan were constantly in SSJ form. They go back to their base form later on and that term no longer means anything. It's not even a real form, just a fan term.

Vegeta [base] was already equal or stronger than the Cyborgs after the first time in rosat so if in GT Vegeta is having difficulties with a Cyborg that only means that Cyborg have to be more powerful than the Cyborgs in the past.

Not exactly! MSSj can be used to describe a SSj that doesn't have strain in his body and doesn't lose chi by stay in the form.

His base would be at 50% of Freeza's power way before he entered in the rosat, in my view. But let see if SSj Vegeta (not SSj 2nd state since that just murder Cell) was enough to beat Cell [2nd form] I guess his base would be enough to demolish a Cyborg.

That all depends on your multiplier and what multpiler you use..... since there is no other way to know

I have Base Vegeta at 90,000,000 during the Cell Games and healthy SSJ Goku (Android Saga) at 450,000,000.
