I don't remember the hell android doing somethink great to put him at the level of Goku.
So, I said goku win super easily.

I don't think there's enough to indicate the Hell #17 being anything more special than his Earthling counterpart, so I give this to MSSJ Goku.

Really?! What about Vegeta [base] being slightly weaker than #17. Yeah the same Vegeta that was already stronger in base than #17 15 years ago and didn't slack in his training. It is incredible how people simple ignore what it is show in the series just to make their beliefs real.

Adding to SSJ4 Vegito's post Son Goten in base also beats Pui-Pui with easy as Vegeta. I also remember Dr. Gero(?) stated both #17 are getting stronger due Hell being openning.

I think Vegeta(Base) was quite equal if not weaker than 17... But I think 17 would pretty much win.

17 Hell=17>=Base Vegeta>>MSSJ Goku in my opinion.

Why compare MSSj Son Goku from Majin Buu arc with Vegeta base in GT if he was already a lot stronger than the first? Vegeta and Son Goku in GT are probably equal in terms of power in their base, SSj and SSj2 form. So if Son Goku is around SSj3 power (Majin Buu arc) in his SSj form Vegeta would also be similar in power.
