Even though Salza was utterly destroyed by a Fused Piccolo, I believe him being around 1st Form Freiza (Full Power). With that being said, Ginyu is far inferior.

so what if he is smarter?

Salza has more power end of, he is stronger than Ginyu for sure. and the power difference is too big, Salza is either a bit weaker or equal to Frieza´s 1st Form. and Ginyu must be like 3x weaker than Frieza in my opinion.

Sauza, I think personally, was being toyed with by Pikkoro (w/o weights) to such a degree that I'd believe Pikkoro (w/th weights) to be able to one-shot him. That being said, I would still place Doore, the weakest of the Sentai Koutetsu, roughly on par with Bejita (Post-Rikkum Beatdown), who was easily within the 400,000s, if not 500,000.
Sauza I have roughly around 800,000, double that. GG, Ginyu.
