I wanna give the edge to Cell and Frieza since they've shown better attacks. The little I did see from Sheila and Gale was that they were weaker then Base Goku, as were Cell and Frieza, but they were able to dodge Goku's Kamehameha though, which Cell wasn't able to do when Goku deflected Cells own Kamehameha back at him. If you guys care to throw some input in that's cool. I'm sure most people don't know who Sheila and Gale are. They were in the Lost Episodes and fought Goku, Pan and Trunks in the episode before Goku fought Ledgic. I do have this picture(below) which is the only attack they were ever shown doing, but also shows they attack together and may be how they were trained..... to fight together. Honestly don't ask why I made this thread and I'm sure people will say this should be locked. It just interested me is all.

Well I'd say Cell and Freeza since I feel that they have much better techniques.

Like I said I'd give the edge to Cell and Frieza if not naturally, then just because their techniques are shown to be better plus even being severely outclassed by Base Goku they still managed to trap him in a duel technique they made up together and in reality had the upper hand on Goku with that..... on top of the fact that they couldn't be killed since they were already dead. But on the matter of Sheila and Gale evading the Kamehameha, all I can say is it's rarely been done. When two(or more) opponents shoot beams at each other, one usually wins out. A few examples, Goku vs Vegeta(first fight), Gohan vs Cell, Fat Buu vs Evil Buu, Goku vs Ledgic, Vegeta vs Gohan, Baby Vegeta vs Uub, and 17 vs 18 just to name a few. Usually when the other guy is stronger his attack wins out and the weaker opponent gets hit. Now on the case of Cell and Goku(GT), it was Cells own Kamehameha that was deflected by Goku back at him but still he wasn't able to dodge it. For the simple fact that Sheila and Gale were able to dodge a head on Kamehameha from Goku tells me they're not too far behind him in power, even though their beam got over powered easily. Now this is Base Goku we're talking about who's slighty weaker then SSJ3 Goku(Z). So I do still think Cell and Frieza have better techniques, but also the fact that Sheila and Gale were most likely trained to fight together and were able to dodge Goku's Kamehameha would make them slightly stronger, faster or better skilled then Cell(and obviously Frieza if that's the case), but Cell and Frieza do have that attack that trapped Goku who grossly outclassed them. But that's why this seemed interesting to me, but it could go either way I think. I'm just glad I didn't make a poll for this lol.
