Salza v. Lord Slug (Young)

Here we have Lord Slug in his prime, who is clearly far more powerful than Piccolo in Movie 4.

After gaining some unknown amount of power (everyone gets powered up from one movie to the next), Piccolo winds up a bit stronger than Salza in Movie 5.

So who do you think takes this battle? I think it comes down to how much of an increase we think Piccolo gains between the two movies...

Many like to consider Saiza around Freeza's second form, which is odd, considering he got no hit on Piccolo. Goku felt Slug's power, and couldn't believe how powerful he was, so I would consider much stronger then Saiza, who I could see being weaker then 500,000 and I believe Slug exceeds that by a lot.

Since I believe Lord Slug to be around Final Form Freeza I'd say him since I don't believe Salza is that much better than 2nd form Freeza.

Yeah, Salza is around Freeza's 2nd Suppressioned state, but obviously not strong enough to fully keep up with Piccolo. I'd say he's a bit below Freeza [2nd Suppression]. I place Lord Slug [Prime] around Freeza's suppressed state [true form].

No, not if Freeza was using his full power, but if Freeza were to fight Slug in his suppressed state then I actually believe Slug would win.

nope if goku was able to kill slug and he was weaker in that movie then he was on namek then i bet frieza would be able to do the same

Consider how Slug was beaten. He was taking a beating from SSj Goku for a while, and then from the combined powers of Goku and Piccolo [using Kaioken], and finally finished off by Goku's Spirit Bomb. The same Freeza [suppressed level] that first combatted Goku would not be able to do as well as Slug, only just as horrible, at the most.
