King Cold looks like a weakling and it looked like Frieza was the boss in the family (after Cooler). I put King Cold's full power (his ONLY power because he has no other transformations and cannot supress his power) equal to Frieza's second transformation.

i think cooler just did his own thing and was never the boss of the family remember frieza on even terms was stronger then cooler so frieza was probably always the boss but we can never know the backround of the changeling
