SSJ2 Majin Vegeta vs. Cell [Bojack absorbed]

Who would win? SSJ2 Majin Vegeta or Cell with Bojack absorbed into him?

More info:

Vegeta cannot self-destruct; neither can Cell.
This is Super Perfect Cell with Bojack absorbed.
Super Perfect Cell cannot release/spit up/spit out/un-absorb Bojack.
Super Perfect Cell cannot absorb Vegeta either.
I can't think of anything else right now. Go at it.

How much of an increase does Cell get from absorbing Bojack?

Well, if the absorbtion were to simply add to his power (like Super Buu's absorbtions) then it wouldn't contribute much. I have Bojack around Perfect Cell's power and Super Perfect Cell at 10 times Perfect Cell so it wouldn't give him much of an advantage.

If it created an entirely new character, then would definitely be more than the transformation between Semi-Perfect Cell and Perfect Cell.

In this case, Majin Vegeta would demolish him.

I actually think that Cell would win. I presume that you are referring to Super Perfect Cell, right? You know how when Cell gained a lot of power from absorbing those Androids right? For example, Semi Perfect Cell gained a great deal of strength from gaining 18’s power. We (at least I did initially) thought it was IMPOSSIBLE that Cell would acquire all that strength from a super inferior Android. Cell, went from being weaker than USSJ Vegeta to being stronger than MSSj Gohan. Now, that’s a huge jump of power and if you using Super Perfect Cell it makes it much easier. Cell would get even more strength from Bojack just by him being perceptibly stronger than both of the Androids. You can also add in the fact that Super Perfect Cell somewhat on par with SSJ2s. So, in conclusion, Bojack should add significance to Cell’s power. In my outlook, I’d place “Celljack” on par with Majin Buu.

Well I believe Majin Vegeta to be more than double Super Perfect Cell so I'd say he'd still beat Cell.

There's a difference between him absorbing Juunanagou and Juuhachigou versus absorbing a biological entity, as he was physically designed to alter and drastically increase his power once he has absorbed those two jinzou-ningen, but when it came to absorbing someone or something biological, he only took an amount of ki equal to who or what he absorbed. It would simply be Zenkai Kanzentai Seru + Bojakku's ki, not Zenkai Kanzentai Seru + some multiplied level of Bojakku's power.

At the same time though, we're never given an idea as to how much stronger Ssj2 Ma-jin Bejiita is compared to Ssj2 Gohan (during the Seru Saga) as all we're told is that they (Gokuu and Bejiita) are stronger than Gohan was, but never given an idea as to how sizeable the difference may be.
