Where is the proof that Vegeta in base Gt=Kid Goku in base Gt?

I can only see Vegetas power in Gt the same as in Z...so SSJ2 would be his max...Maybe a bit stronger if he trained

That's not what I mean and you know it. If I say ''I've been to this for 10 years'' you won't think I was in the school 10years without ever going out. The same goes here, Goku trained for 10years in the ROSAT, he didn't stay in it without going out from time to time.

You can't enter the chamber more than twice anyway, otherwise you become locked in the dimension forever.

They weren't in the Time Chamber. Dende says he had a special room built at the lookout similar to the Time Chamber specifically made for Goku and Uub to train because he thought they would destroy the Lookout/Time Chamber.

Oh, I forgot about this one. When he says ''similar'' does that mean the flow of time is the same as the ROSAT or the flow of time is the same as Earth?

To be honest he doesn't specify anything except that the room was built specifically for Goku and Uub to train in. I would assume from what he said that he meant everything is the same as the Time Chamber, just that the room was built more sturdy because they're both so powerful.
