Cell total easilly...super 13 is in the same league as 17 and 18

I always placed Super #13 between Androids 16 and Android 17. So I'd say Cell since he has better techniques and has a fairly good power advantage.

Super 13 >= A-16 = Imperfect Cell (Post-Absorb)

In my opinion Super A-13 is stronger. Near Semi perfect Cell, So, I give the Super android the victory.

Imperfect cell would tear him apart in seconds...Super 13 in my opinion is just comparabel to 17 and 18 everythng above them is an overkill

Well he owned SSJ Vegeta, SSJ Trunks and Piccolo, and could take on SSJ Goku, then Goku won because of the power of Vegeta + Trunks + Piccolo + Gohan, etc... so I would actually place him around Android 16, although he would be weaker than 16 in my opinion.
