I'd say Janemba wins, he's got plenty of good techniques and Gotenks isn't quick enough to compensate for them. I don't think the fight would be much different from Janemba's fight with Goku.

I would have to agree.
Its almost implied to a fact that Base Gotenks (Post Rosat) >/= SSJ3 Goku. With that said, Janemba compensates strength over SSJ3 Goku by a fair amount. I believe it would be a good fight, with Gotenks immaturity and indecisiveness getting in the way.

I would put the two on equal footing. Enough so that Gotenks' progress in the RoSaT could register with Janemba's superiority against SSj3 Goku (casually smiling through his chi blast's output, as well as knocking him out with a nonchalant assault and only hamming up expressions of pain; I wouldn't deem them so, as they were only glossed over for so long).
