Super Saiyan 4 Goku, effortlessly.

According to the Anime Goku was stronger than Gohan. That Goku got much, much stronger when GT started than grew stronger through the battles in space and was then beaten by Bebi (who then got stronger) who was in turn humiliated by Super Saiyan 4 Goku.

I'll let others respond if its still undecided.

No..only SSJ 4 could....base goku is a bit weaker then a ssj3 or around ssj3
