SSJ4 Is Toei, anything involving Toei and not Akira means that Gohan is hated and Goku is godmodded. Goku wins by that principle.

Not only that, but SSj4 Goku is way stronger than Ultimate Gohan anyway.

Pointless. Everyone knows SSJ4 Goku craps on Mystic Gohan. Is this some form of troll? (However when you look at it the other way, Gohan's mystic powers were NEVER fully exploited and since he doesn't turn Mystic in GT we can't even tell for sure if he was the most powerful being alive. But all bets are off I still say Goku)
