SN Piccolo (Movie 7) vs. Super Android 13

This is if he used his Super Namek powers which he never did, thus getting his ass kicked so Goku could have the spotlight again but he would've been far ahead of the other SSJ's in this movie had be used the new invigorating strength he amassed after fusing with Kami. Also, it depends if Super 13 ranks stronger than Android 17 who fought pretty even with Piccolo. If he does, then Super 13 takes the cake.

Piccolo wasnt fused with Kami in movie 7 BTW.
-I have super 13 in the same league as 17 and 18 but i would give the win to Piccolo since he is smarter

I don't believe Piccolo was fused with Kami in that Movie. However I believe Super 13 is stronger than 17 but weaker than 16 I'd say 13 although Piccolo has plenty of good moves, like Special Beam Cannon, Light Grenade which could all be put to good use. I wouldn't count Piccolo out just yet but I'd say most likely 13 would win.

He had to be fused since Dende was already Earth's Guardian in Movie 6. And Piccolo never used Light Grenade until he had Super Namekian powers.

Piccolo was weaker then SSJ Goku & SSJ Vegeta in #6, and didn't even want to take Metal Cooler on. If his power exceeded any SSJ power like we know it did when he merged, he wouldn't have been such a coward about facing Cooler.

Dende was there to ask Goku & the others to save Namek, but even if he was I'd still say 13 but I doubt he was since Vegeta got slammed by 13 & Blasted and then Piccolo was blasted too but Vegeta got up way before Piccolo. However if Piccolo was he'd still lose in my opinion.

The movies are inconsistent, but all based off of the DBZ timeline. If Piccolo was fused with Kami in Movie 7, then it's arguable that he would beat Super 13. But no one knows just how much more powerful Super 13 was against the Super Saiyans, so this matter is inconclusive. We do however know that Super 13 is at least at Piccolo's assimilated level of power, and we could base this topic's answer off of that possibility. And if that be the case, then Piccolo would most likely win, because everyone knows he's one of the most skilled fighters in DBZ.

Piccolo was merged with Kamisama in Movie 6. The movie said that very clear in the Latin dub. So, he was merged in the movie 7. Super 13 defeat Piccolo very easily because Super 13 power would be between A-16 and Semi-Perfect Cell.

Despite what it says in the latin dub, common sense still states otherwise, that is of course if you have taken everything into perspective already. If Piccolo was fused with Kami like your latin dub says, then what does that make Goku and Vegeta? MSSj? In Movie 6? Why did Piccolo try to refrain from fighting with Meta-Cooler? And why did he get his ass kicked when he fought him, when Goku was going toe-to-toe with another one? Explain that.

In the Android saga, When Piccolo merged with Kamisama, Goku and Vegeta were pre-rosat. So, Goku and Vegeta weren't necesary MSSJ.

The Japanese Dub is the Most dependable, if the Japanese dub says something different than another dub than the Japanese dub is the correct one. Plus if Goku & Vegeta were able to take hits and blows from Meta Cooler than Piccolo would be able to slaughter one of them. Meta Cooler can also only get stronger after he regenerates.

I'm not saying they were, I'm just trying to make a point.

M.Cooler was defeat by Super Saiyan Goku and Super Saiyan Vegeta united force. thats is far stronger than Goku and Vegeta fighting together.
Is like to said that Broly was beaten by one Master Super Saiyan. No, Broly was beaten by Goku with the united force of Z zenki. Thats is diferent.
M.Cooler is like Imperfect Cell. The both were weaker than Piccolo merged with Kamisama but the both win the fight against Piccolo.
