Broly in movie 8 vs SSj Vegeta(Buu Saga)

I'm going with Vegeta. Vegeta strength increased alot since the Cell Games. So SSj Vegeta's power level would be close to Movie 10 Broly.

But Broly didn't beat SSj Goku. I'm postive that Vegeta suprassed SSj Goku's power level.

Goku beat Broly because he held the entire Zet Senshi's SSj power and thrust a single-ultra-powered-mega punch in his lower torso, maiming him.

I'm going to go with Broly here, Broly as a Lssj completely outclasses Super Saiyans. Vegeta would need to go Super Saiyan 2 to take Broly on, even Movie 8 Broly.

It's hard to go with Vegeta. Broly is just too big a power even against him at that stage.

I don't really have a good grasp of DBZ powers(never had, especially cross-saga's) but I'm gonna guess Vegeta. Having trained for seven years from the Cell Games should put him in a secure enough position to win, I think... plus, Gohan from Movie 10 as well as Goten were able to beat Broly after he(presumeably) recieved a zenkai from said maiming. Vegeta commented that Gohan was nothing like he had been against Cell, which I take to mean he surpassed Gohan so I think he should be able to take Broly.

But, my memory of DBZ is rather, foggy...

I'd say Vegeta but it all depends on 2 main factors: Goku & Gohan's Power in Movie 8 and if Gohan was a SSJ2 in Movie 10.
So really I'd say Vegeta in the Buu Saga is more than enough to defeat Broly in Movie 8, Movie 10 would pose a problem in my opinion though.

MSSj or SSJ Vegeta would wins this battle. Vegeta(Buu Arc) seems to be on par with Full Powered Cell or perhaps stronger due to all that consist training after the Cell Games.

Broly would win I mean both goten and trunks are susposedly stronger than goku and vegeta at SSJ and they got whooped badly so I say broly wins the contest.

SSJ Vegeta in the Buu Saga is hardly, if anything above Full Powered Perfect Cell and I have Broly's full power from Movie 8 above that by a decent margin. So Vegeta would need SSJ2 to take out Broly from Movie 8.

Movie 10 Broly however, would flat out murder SSJ Vegeta in the Buu Saga and its not much different for SSJ2 Vegeta although he'd definately put up a better fight. So yeah, hes not really safe from Broly in the same eras...and the prince falls to his true fear once again.

Given the 7 years of peace, I think Vegeta has trained enough to close the gap.

Give or take, I would put SSJ Goku almost 1.5x stronger then when he fought Seru, when fighting Yakon. Taking into consideration Vegeta's relatively confident attitude during that time, I wouldn't put him too far off from Son Goku.

LSSJ Broly (Movie 8): 18
SSJ Vegeta (Buu Arc): 24
SSJ Goku (Buu Arc): 30

I think it would be similar to the fight with Cui.

Vegeta wins with considerable ease due to seven years training and cell games training( hyperbolic time chamber)
