I agree with Bojack winning. Gohan was quite impressed with his power output already and this was before he transformed.

Since it is Bojack alone, I would give this bout to MSSJ Gohan. I believe he was distracted when he fought Bojack's crew. Yes, he was surprised initially, but he always seems to overestimate everything due to his confidence in his own abilities.

I guess that "us" part could throw it off. Maybe.

Gohan did acknowledge his power, stating that "his battle power is incredible", and acknowledged his power when he attacked Trunks with one kick, sayin "it was an incredible chi" as also. So, Bojack seemed to be extremely powerful before even unleashing any kind of power, but Gohan never thought he was no match for him.

After Gohan knew how powerful he was, or somewhat did, he went SSJ and fought them. I think Gohan could've been equal to him at the most, but he was likely weaker by a stretch.

I'm not so sure they were really that much stronger then Gohan when they attacked together. During the second battle, Gohan was fighting Bojack pretty good, but the henchmen interfered with that psychic attack, which drains the power. Gohan looked much better against Bojack then he did against all of them, and this was Bojack at his maximum.

I bet a bunch of Cell Juniors could take down Perfect Cell (initial appearance) no problem. There's nothing irrational that I see about it. Bojack transformed would still beat them all to death.

Well just the fact that Bojack Transformed right after he beat Vegeta (Making Gohan the only one left) tells me he couldn't beat him in his 1st form. Bojack was probably talking about himself in his Transformed state when he said Gohan couldn't beat him. I'd say Bojack in a pretty close fight since Gohan was fairly impressed with Bojack's power, but he didn't have a look like "HOLY SHIT HIS POWER IS SO AWESOME" he probably just meant in my opinion that Bojack's power was still no joke (And it's not every day Gohan encounters someone he can't beat in one attack), however I still think Bojack would pull it off though he'd be pretty tired.
