SSJ3 Vegeto in Z or in GT, because there is an enormous difference between them. I won't explain once more so I'll post my good old quote again.

SSJ Goku in GT is stronger than SSJ3 Goku in Z. I believe Vegeta didn't lost much power in GT. SSJ Gotenks(Post ROSAT) was much stronger than SSJ Gotenks(Pre ROSAT), fact is, the kids didn't gain any significant power, it means if the two beings who compose the fusion gain some power, the fusion will get even more power. Now, I don't know if you agree but that automatically means SSJ Gogeta(GT)>SSJ3 Gogeta(Z)

With SSJ Vegeto(Z) being stronger than SSJ3 Goku(GT), I see no reasons to not put SSJ Gogeta(Z) about as high as SSJ Vegeto(Z) meaning SSJ Gogeta(Z) is stronger than SSJ3 Goku(GT). Now, only SSJ4 Goku was stated to be stronger than SSJ Vegeto, there is nothing to suggest or imply SSJ3 Goku(GT) was anywhere near SSJ Vegeto(Z) in terms of power.

Now, if we agree SSJ Vegeto(Z)>SSJ3 Goku(GT), I think if we put the multiplier from SSJ to SSJ2 equal to the multiplier from SSJ3 to SSJ4, it puts SSJ2 Vegeto(Z) higher than SSJ4 Goku(GT). Keep in mind, Gogeta is about equal to Vegeto, so at worst SSJ2 Gogeta(GT) is equal to SSJ4 Goku(Z).

Now, let's sum it up.

SSJ Vegeto(GT)>SSJ Gogeta(GT)>SSJ3 Vegeto(Z)>SSJ3 Gogeta(Z)>SSJ2 Vegeto(Z)>SSJ2 Gogeta(Z)>/=SSJ4 Goku(Z)>SSJ Vegeto(Z)>SSJ Gogeta(Z)

If SSJ Gogeta(GT)>>>SSJ3 Gogeta(Z). I think if SSJ Gogeta(GT) reverted to his base form, that would put him below SSJ3 Gogeta(Z) but still higher than SSJ2 Gogeta(Z) as I don't think the multiplier from base to SSJ is as big or bigger than the multiplier from SSJ to SSJ3. With that said that makes.

SSJ3 Gogeta(Z)>>Base Gogeta(GT)>SSJ2 Gogeta(Z)>SSJ4 Goku.

Technically, SSJ Vegeto in GT should be as powerful as SSJ3 Vegeto in Z who is supposed to be much stronger than SSJ4 Goku. Since SSJ Vegeto(Z) is a good margain stronger than SSJ3 Goku(GT) I think if Goku was to go SSJ4 and Vegeto SSJ2, the best that could happen for Goku would be for him to be on par with SSJ2 Vegeto(Z) if he was SSJ4(GT). Going by the fact we don't know any multipliers, I think it's safe to just make them the same for every forms aside for the jump from base to SSJ which is clearly the highest.

Let's make a quick list:

SSJ3 Goku(Z): 100

SSJ Goku(GT): 100

SSJ2 Goku(GT): 200

SSJ3 Goku(GT) 400

SSJ4 Goku: 800

SSJ4 Goku(Supressed limits) 1,000-1,200

SSJ Vegeto(Z): 600

SSJ2 Vegeto(Z): 1,200

SSJ3 Vegeto(Z): 2,400

SSJ Vegeto(GT): 2,400

SSJ2 Vegeto(GT): 4,800

SSJ3 Vegeto(GT): 9,600

Yi Xing Long: 2,400(MIN)-4,800(MAX)

Yi Xing Long is probably multiple times stronger than Goku since he absorbed San Xing Long(Eis) and Si Xing Long(Nuova) who were both comparable to SSJ4 if I remember correctly. It depends wether or not you put SSJ4 Goku(Supressed limits) on par with SSJ2 Vegeto(Z).

If it's SSJ3 Vegeto from Z, Yi Xing Long might win or it might be dead even, if it's SSJ3 Vegeto from GT then the dragon stands no chance.

Well, I think he would lose, but if you really want to stretch it, he might be able to pull out a really hard win. I suppose it's a matter of interpretation wether or not Yi Xing Long tripled his power by absorbing San Xing Long and Si Xing Long.
