Who'd win? I think that trunks would win. I speculate that his power is between 200,000-1,000,000. I mean he was able to hurt(minimal damage) 18.

Wait Trunks went SSJ for the first time at 14, and in the manga he was already a SSJ, so wouldn't that make him a little bit stroger?

Anyway, Guldo would freeze time and stab heart virus needles into Trunk's eyes, then the Ginyu force would escape and Trunks would die.
