Namek Arc Goku? I don't think so, because, before Freeza started losing energy, it was one of the closest fights in the series. Goku certainly wasn't "in a league of his own", at least before Freeza started losing energy.

Tien is about 0,2x stronger than GT Base Goten because Goten never really trained and was hanging out with his girlfriend and stuff.. Tien although trains his a$$ off so I would say Tien>Base Gohan.
