If you want to put movie into canon timeline, you have to use canon(manga) stuf, not another movie stuf.

So if you want to compare Broly to other canon chartacters, you have to use canon stuff, which proves that they cant be MSSJ.

I understand your standing-point here about not using canon with the non-canon, but to determine non-canon power ranges, we must sometimes refer to non-canon referances, because that is simply all we have to go by, and it's what the story is based off of. Movie 8 and Movie 10 are based on non-canonicity. There is much in the non-canon universe that doesn't make sense, but if we are to truly discern what's what, we have to derive conclusions that are based off of what both versions say and show, in this case at least. I'm not disregarding anything the canon version tells us about MSSj, but my conclusions are based off the reality of the Movie universe as well: and that is that the movies are a different breed from the manga as an entirety because the movies are short lengthed films, made for entertainment, not to follow the canon stories timeline per say, nor as well as events, particular emotions, or anything of the such necessarily, only what the Movie makers decide to actually include. And from what they include in movie 8, we can infer that Gohan and Goku were MSSjs in Movie 8 because of the main fact that, well, taken all that I've said above into consideration as well, that one does not have to stay in SSj in order to still be a MSSj. This is shown in the Buu Arc.

Well, the Gohan that blew Cell away was at half-power, but much stronger when he exploded with his power. I thought you were sayin half power Gohan was more powerful the whole time. My bad, since it seems that wasn't what you were saying.

SSJ Broly's power is really hard to calculate, as base Gohan was fighting against him and he fared pretty well. However, that's probably a plothole. Than again, we can't disregard it, either, as it was shown. So, I'm going to say Super Sayajin Gohan.

You could choose it to be a plothole, but I like to think Broly was merely playing with Gohan...it just makes more sense to me.

Actually, Gohan said that SSJ Broly was "just as strong as before" and he was probably referring to his LSSJ state, so disregard that statement.

The more I think about it, the more fucked up Broly's power is in Movie 10. TOEI really messed that movie up.

It makes no sense that Base Gohan stood a chance against Broly to begin with. They just like to make things more epic, just like how they always start off as regular Saiyans and then transform later in the movie. That's how they like to do it.

Just like when they made Goku transform against Cooler at the end of the battle, or Gohan in the Bojack battle.

Considering that I place the SSJ multiplier at 50x, that makes things really frustrating for me.

@uki: Oh, then that guy who scanned it needs to get a scanner that isn't monochromatic.
