Well Son Gohan (before he trainined in the RoSaT) trained with Son Goku and Piccolo.(Son Goku being equal to Final Form Freeza and Piccolo being around the same strength to Freeza form 2) So I would compare and say Son Gohan would be able to fight with Freeza in his Final form before Freeza maxed his power out. I cant say the same for pan.

lol. Im saying that Son Gohan(pre-RoSaT) would be on par with Freeza (Final form) if they were to somehow fight. Im not saying he would win though.

Son Goku(Android Arc)[base] > Son Goku(Namek Arc)[base] = Freeza Final Form > Son Gohan(Andorid Arc)[base] > Pan

Did they try to?? Because even the Saibamen who were weaker than Yamcha immobilized him. Also, Goku who was leagues below Raditz in terms of power immobilized him. What was Goku's power already? Like 416 and Raditz was at 1,200 if I remember. Even if Goku was about 3x weaker he was still able to prevent Raditz from moving. Pan could have been 3x weaker than Gero but still be able to immobilize him.

0_o at the bold part. Since when is Goku base stronger than Freeza during Cyborg arc? More are you saying Gohan during Cyborg arc is stronger than Goten at the end of DBZ?

But Pan wasn't even trying like in the examples you mention. She was graping Dr. Gero's arm with such easy just like I would grab a 70 years old man arm and immobilize him.
