Who do you think would win, and why? I'd say Piccolo since I think they're close in power but Piccolo has better techniques and is a better fighter.

No one really knows SSj Broly's [Movie 10] exact power range, but we know this: he far outclasses Complete Cell [suppressed] because SSj Trunks and SSj Goten could not cause any effect on Broly whatsoever, and they are around Cell's suppressed power, as well as Piccolo. Piccolo seemed quite impressed by the display of their power while Goku was just starting to teach them the fusion dance technique. And we know Piccolo had at least surpassed Complete Cell's suppressed state by then, so SSj Broly would win.

I think SSJ Broly would win. He's didn't do all that great against base Gohan, but he likely the more powerful of the two. I don't think Piccolo really got all that strong during those seven years, and just maintained his power from the Cell Games; though he may have increased somewhat, since he was shown training before the tourney.

I don't know about placing SSJ Trunks & Goten around Perfect Cell it seems to be overdoing it a little bit. Remember during Goten's Sparring match with Gohan, Gohan did not have a MSSJ aura similar to how Goku didn't have one during his "Warm up" against Cell. So I think Gohan most likely didn't use the Full extent of his power to make his match with Goten more fair. Also it might explain why Gohan's hair as a SSJ changes to his SSJ2-like hair style (Just no lighting) when he is angered during the fight between Videl and Spopovich and his fight with Dabura (Where he had a MSSJ aura). So since all his moves where blocked by someone weaker than Perfect Cell (Suppressed) I think Trunks & Goten fall around Trunks & Vegeta in the Cell Games.
As for how strong I think Piccolo is, I'd say he is around Suppressed Perfect Cell considering the fact that he trained after Frieza (And unaware of any sort of threat) we can assume Piccolo always trains. So with 7 years to power up I'd say & Pre-Budokai Training I estimate him around SSJ 3rd grade Trunks in his fight with Cell, and just the fact that Broly was able to take in most of their attacks when they were SSJ. I'd give Broly a power advantage but Piccolo is a better fighter of course that's my opinion. I think either one of them could win.

Piccolo's a weakling that would be torn apart. He's lucky if he's in Stage Two Cell's power range. Broly is as strong as Super Saiyan Gohan at the Cell Games.

Broly wouldn't break a sweat, but he'd break Piccolo in half.

Stage two Cell? How is he that weak? After he went into the Time Chamber and Goku commented that he'd gotten stronger, and Piccolo said something like: "Why don't you just say it? Even though I've gotten much stronger I still can't do Much against Cell." Now considering that Vegeta and Trunks weren't able to do MUCH against Cell in their Acended Saiyan forms. Piccolo can easily be on par with their power, plus he was much stronger than them before they entered the time chamber so shouldn't there be a similar difference between Vegeta's SSJ form after his 1st run through the Time chamber? Also considering that Piccolo didn't stop training after the Cell Games (Nothing suggests he stopped) so he got a good amount stronger after that and then his Pre-Budokai training probably helped him alot considering Piccolo is pretty much a fitness guru. So he's Leagues ahead of Semi-Perfect Cell, and also how did you get SSJ Broly to be around Cell Games Gohan (SSJ)?

"Much stronger". I have him more than tripling his power. If that isn't "much stronger", than I need a new dictionary.

I have him increasing 3x in the Time Chamber (just like Vegeta and Trunks, who, by the way, are just as good at gaining power as Piccolo is), then gaining a 2x increase between the Cell Games and Buu saga (if that).

That's 6x. He started out equal to Android 17. So, 6 times 17's power. Broly is a lot stronger than that. As are a lot of other people.

Yes, SRP76 I understand all that but Piccolo started off MUCH stronger than Vegeta & Trunks' SSJ forms (Since he was equal to 17 and Vegeta got beaten by 18 easily). So logically if he goes through the same amount of training he should be a wide-margin stronger than their SSJ forms like before (I have him more or less at Super Vegeta's level). However after Vegeta & Trunks train in the ROSAT again they are now stronger than Piccolo without their Acended Saiyan forms. Then Piccolo trained for 7 years so he could easily be around the 1st Perfect Cell or higher. Yes, alright Broly might be stronger than that but I stated my opinion on Goten & Trunks' power in one of my earlier posts. However, since Broly completely outclassed them he could probably take Piccolo unless Piccolo gets a good shot with his Special Beam Cannon or something.

SSj Broly owned SSj Trunks and Goten without even trying and both these are slightly weaker than Piccolo (imo). If SSj goes all out Piccolo would be trashed.
