You don't get it do you Cyrax? Cooler's revenge was an act of honor for his family, as well as a rebuttle for their tainted reputation, now that Freeza had been killed by a Saiyan. It didn't mean he didn't hate his brother at the same time. He even states this in the movie.

This fight is at same power level. So,...

Brothers = twins

Techniques:

The Brothes have many techniques like ( Death Beam, Imprisonment Ball, Death Ball, Death Saucer). Android 17 has a shield. I suppose A-18 to. and they have a bomb in their bodies.

Abilities:

Brothers can survive in the space and they have Mind Power (Telekinesis)
Twins nothing expecial.

Estamina:

Androids "have infinite stamina" they "can't" get tired.

Freeza has many battles versus Saiyans (King Vegeta and Hechmens) and versus Nameks (Nail and Piccolo), Also he fight versus all Z warriors (Kriilin, Gohan) and he fight versus Vegeta and Goku (Base/SSJ).
Cooler conquer planets with his hetchmens for many years and them fight versus SSJ Goku.
Androids fight versus Z warriors. A-18 versus SSJ Vegeta and SSJ Trunks and A-17 fight versus Piccolo.

Inteligent:

The both team are inteligent. But Freeza and Cooler rules the univers for many years. And Cooler would be very inteligent to control an army of Meta-Coolers at the same time. So,. In my opinion they are more inteligent.

A-17 can't resist Cell tail and A-18 (In GT) was beaten be few A-17 ' blast.

Kid Buu isn't dumb he just has no conscience. He was able to learn attacks like Instant Transmission and the Kamehameha just by seeing them done once. So he'd not an idiot he's just a little psycho.
Plus Goku & Vegeta don't really "Like eachother" but they won't start attacking eachother in a battle of life or death. I mean Cooler's Death Ball gave SSJ Goku alot of trouble and Cooler's own power level was dwarfed by Goku's. Plus he did in Seconds so Cooler would probably kill one android easily with just one Death Ball.
