1.Broly-since I'm sure he must have some level of intelligence, no matter how lousy his vocabulary is.
2.Janemba-Can manipulate reality rather effectively. I'm sure that requires some intelligence, however little it might be.

Kid Buu is clearly the smartest.

I highly doubt Broly or Janemba could see the Kamekameha wave, then perform it themselves after only seeing it once.

Last time I checked Piccolo couldn't copy techniques and yet he clearly surpasses all of these guys in terms of intelligence, eh?

...and didn't Janemba actually copy Goku by creating a little doll of him and performing the kamehameha with it?

Yes he did. Janemba's techniques surpass Kid Buu's. And, I think Kid Buu would be unable to copy techniques like morphing matter, and creating black holes.

Broly is a Saiyan-jin. As far as I know Vegeta probably can right and all other Saiyans can. They aren't the most intelligent race out there in space but they are at least around human intelligence (not counting genius people like Bulma).

Like someone here said Janemba techniques are far better than Chibi Buu's though that would make them smarter than Piccolo, Vegeta or even Goku? I don't think so.

Broly's race can write so by logic so can he? That's stupid logic, and not what I'm arguing anyway.

Broly himself is very unlikely to have learned anything that'll help in an IQ test. He cannot read or write.

Broly is the most intelligent one of the lot. That is obvious. However, none of them can read, write or do maths, those of which you need to do an IQ test the object of the versus here!

How do I know Broly can't write, read or do maths? Yeah I'm sure he took time off from his conquest of the Southern Galaxy to go to fucking school!

The object here is an IQ test; however, none of them possess the abilities to do the actual test itself. Broly is the most intelligent, but he still couldn't do the test.

Now please read this motherfucking post. There will be a test on it afterwards.

Do you even have the slightest idea of what an IQ test means? Its a medium to test your intelligence, not how good you can add, multiply, etc. Hell, try reading post #31. It says it DOES NOT have to be a written test. You just have to test their intelligence, and there are millions of ways to do it. Look at this image for an example for what kind of test they can give such dumb beings (though I personally think even this one would be to tough for all 3 of them)

Broly because he's the Legendary Super Saiyan whos intelligence grows stronger and stronger over time, eventually he'll be even smarter than Dr Briefs and Bulma and growing.
