Why can't he? A powered-up Kame beam would be more then enough to lay oblivion to those piece of shit artificial Coolers.

Goku and Vegeta put up a decent fight against one of them, with their PL's close to that of the early Android Saga. Goku then increased his power many-fold, meaning that each Meta-Cooler would be over 4x weaker than him (Just a rough guess of PL's), which I believe is the equivalent of Goku vs the Red Ribbon Army in early DB, and we saw how that turned out.

How do you know they would regenerate from an attack several times more powerful then themselves? Cooler never shown he was able to take an attack that much stronger then himself, so that's just an opinion. Cooler isn't going to regenerate endlessly.

Goku can't handle 500 meta coolers. Not only would his power would go down but his stamina.

Since Goku is more powerful then all of them, his energy wouldn't deplete as much as you think. With the MSSJ power, he wouldn't lose energy at all, unless they're somehow givin him trouble, which I can't see them doing, since the advantage for Goku is about 8x over them.

Even 100 Meta-Coolers would kill Goku. Meta-Coolers can destroy all Solar sistem. Instant transmission can dodge Goku kameha very easily and Goku would lost much energy. And constant regenerations with power up give Meta-Coolers the victory.

500 Meta Coolers? Son Goku could probably drop 100 at the most. His stamina would go down fast.
