If he was in the time chamber? Well if he was in the time chamber he couldn't fight Broly since the movie doesn't take place in rosat but in New Vegeta planet.

Though if you are saying Vegeta isn't post-rosat in the movie that isn't true. The main reason he is a SSj 2nd Grade. Something he only discovered after rosat.

If Piccolo was post rosat, it doesn't really matter. All of them were so much weaker, no one stood out in terms of power. I really don't know if he was or wasn't?
