Sadly Ledgic. Easily. Kid Goku GT toyed with Frieza and Cell while he had a hard time against Ledgic at Super Saiyan.

Frieza and Cell are tons cooler than Ledgic though

Untrue! Goku owned Ledgic when he transforms in SSj. Not to mention Goku was fighting Ledgic with his surpassed base not with his powered-up base like during the battle with Cell and Freeza. Don't go by the dub, seriously. Ledgic didn't ask Goku to show his true power, all he said was "your ability must be greater then just this", and Goku after losing, turned SSJ and won the fight.

Both are the same thing. If Ledgic didn't say that (like it was almost an indirect way to make Goku transform) I doubt Goku would turn into SSj.

You're seriously forgetting the fact that Ledgic was gaining the upper hand on Goku. He landed 3 hits in a row, then Goku goes SSJ. Not really something to think about. Add on the fact that neither Cell nor Frieza together couldn't even touch Goku. Besides Cell using the Solar Flare then absorbing Goku, but that failed miserably. Ledgic takes it.
