But like I said before Goku was fighting Ledgic with his surpassed base power unlike when he fought Cell and Freeza he powered-up his base to his maximum power surpassing Cell and Freeza's power. It is something we have to consider.

I think Goku knows how badly he's being outmatched. If he needed to go SSJ against Frieza and Cell he would have. He knew he was outclassed against Ledgic, enough so to make him go SSJ. The difference is pretty clear, IMO

Note that I never said Goku needed go SSj to outmatched Cell and Freeza. I simple stated that the difference in base Goku suppressed(Ledgic fight) and power-up (Cell and Freeza fight) is a really big difference in power.

True. And what I'm saying is he knew he needed that big difference in power to beat Ledgic. With Cell and Frieza, he didn't.
