Vegito vs. Super Gogeta

Vegito stronger than Gogeta but by how much? Can his base form beat Gogeta as a Super Saiyan?

Since Gogeta is noncanon then fillers can be used. Base Vegito was owning superbuu so i'd say Base Vegito >/= Gogeta.

Even if you are able to use uncanon events as justification, which you aren't, it's still baseless speculation. Yes, Base Vegito did pummel Super Buu (Gohan Absorbed) with little to no effort, but is there any hint that Gogeta could not do the same? Also, to disclose a well known misconception, the Potara earrings are never stated to be more powerful than the fusion dance, but they are stated to work better, by the Elder Kai, which is more than likely referencing how the fusions dance is restricted because it holds a time limit.

Yes I think Base Vegito can beat SSJ Gogeta.

First I don't think Potara fusion is stronger than dance fusion thus Gogeta would win this easily.

Just want to say claiming Potara fusion is stronger than dance fusion is one thing, claiming base Vegetto is stronger than SSj Gogeta is just ridiculous.

Many people do say that Potara is so much better than dance that Base Vegito can take on SSJ Gogeta

There is a possibility. Base Vegito might be slightly weaker than Gogeta.

I'm not really sure if there is a Base Gogeta. However Base Vegito > Strongest form of buu.

that's saying something I mean i'm sure SS gogeta could beat Buu also but Base Vegito was able to do some damage. So SS Gogeta slightly > Base Vegito IMO. to bad i don't have PLs or anything.

Why wouldn't exist a base Gogeta?

Well that doesn't make any sense because Gogeta and Vegetto didn't fought anyone with the same power level. So it is impossible to compare.

It's basically impossible to compare the two, just as Senzu said.
