Raditz would beat Garlic Jr, since Goku and Piccolo together were a match for Garlic, but not for Raditz.

Turles (Pre-Fruit) was around 30,000 and so was weaker than Jeice, but Turles (Post-Fruit) was easily 400,000+.

Giant Slug is 5,000,000+, and so would crush Freeza Third Suppression. Even Old Slug would beat Freeza Third Suppression.

Imperfect Cell (Pre-Human Absorbing) would utterly obliterate Final Form Cooler, and Ultimate Form Cooler with ease. Imperfect Cell was a bit weaker than The Namek, who was easily 1.3x stronger than Super Saiyan Vegeta. Super Saiyan Vegeta, after 3 years of training for the Androids is many times stronger than then Super Saiyan Goku that fought Cooler.

Same thing with Imperfect Cell and Meta-Cooler, Meta-Cooler is weaker than Android 18, and Imperfect Cell (Post-Human Absorption) is easily stronger than 18.

I believe Semi-Perfect Cell is stronger than Super 13 because he was easily stronger than Android 16, who was much stronger than The Namek, who was much stronger than the Super Saiyans that fought Android 13.

Perfect Cell (Full Power) would beat Broly from Movie 8, since Broly was beaten by a MSSJ's power, but lose to Movie 10 Broly.

I personally put Dabura at the level of Perfect Cell (Full Power), who would have easily trashed MSSJ Gohan. MSSJ Gohan was only around 1.2x weaker than Bojack in my opinion. Cell wins this.

Super Buu is easily stronger than Janemba, since SSJ3 Goku fought nearly evenly with Janemba, less than a 1.15x difference in my opinion. SSJ3 Goku would have been trashed in a second against Super Buu.

3) Slug. His giant form would crush even 2nd or 3rd Freeza form;
4) Imperfect Cell. It would be a far stronger than SSj form, which Meta-Cooler isn't;
5) Imperfect Cell. It is stronger than Piccolo (fused with Kami);
6) Cell 2nd form. I would place #13 at #16 level or weaker;
7) I will post as you are referring to Broly (Movie 10). Broly since he received a Zenkai since the last time where he was almost at Cell's level;
8) Bojack. He was stronger than MSSj Gohan who was stronger than himself during the evenly battle with Dabura;
9) Super Buu easily. Goku was capable of hit some moves on Janemba where Super Buu is at SSj3 Gotenks level who is far stronger than SSj3 Goku.

Super Buu could of done that too ya know.

SSJ3 Goku could barely keep up with Kid Buu, and Super Buu is stronger than Kid Buu.

Also Janemba does not have a tottaly owning attack that he can us to crush Super Buu, who would just regenerate after all of his attacks, and the blast him away.

Like Super Buu can't. Super Buu was having the upper hand in the fight vs SS3 Gotenks which is many times stronger than SS3 Goku.

Goku wasn't even afraid to fight Janemba, while he didnt want to fight Super Buu. Super Buu is much stronger then any Janemba.
