Freeza was a lot stronger when he came to earth. And, as it happens, he was a lot stronger when he went to Hell and trained for 30 years or so.

Freeza like many other villains have a thing for believing that he is stronger then the other one see the movie 12 when he thougt to be stronger then gohan and gohan killed him in his base with one kick...so i just dont believe that he could became anything more then equal to metal cooler

Frieza by GT might be SSJ2 powerlevel. A SSJ2 can easily beat 2 SSJs. So Frieza takes this one.

Guys, just because Freiza and Cell 'say' they can beat Goku doesn't mean they can. They (especially Frieza) would be brimming with overconfidence like they always do.

-to the topic stil cyrax even if it was mystic he was death by one kick from gohan so it prooves that he didnt really become that stronger..but again this is a movie and gt so evrything is possible there

Gohan at that point was far stronger than a SSj3 and why wouldn't a punch (not a kick) from him got killed Freeza?

Remember that we don't know if Freeza at that point got stronger since he only mentioned he got stronger in DBGT.
