Yes. It also keeps him docile.

Broly wasn't born with purple hair, it's a tint. If you look, Goku also has purple hair in that scene. Broly is in his base when he was born.

Broly base would be much more powerful than Paragus. But the control device would let Paragus win.

You even said so yourself, most is based on fact.
According to the TOEI FAQ, it states Gokuu is not on the battlefield in movie 10, when with the original Japanese audio, Gohan states Shenron is Gokuu, or that he brought him back, I cannot recall exactly.

Yes, it's a huge plothole but Gokuu is there.
And I'm not happy with that conclusion.

If kakarrot was there then Toei wouldn't have made him look like a ghost when he decended from the sky.

Well, if a japanese dialogue can prove he was there, then that aura around his body when he decends, then that can prove he wasn't there.

Gokuu descended from the sky, yet Gohan comments that Shenron brought Gokuu back to assist them. I don't know how it works, I'm not happy with it, but that's what happened. Also, his feet can be heard contacting the ground, ghosts cannot make noise, as far as I know.

Well, we can't really take Toei seriously because of the consistant plotholes, also Shenron can't be summoned by thought it's self...Note I said "Summoned" not "Grant a Wish". Krillin was knocked out, goten and gohan was busy, trunks was knocked out. Nobody summoned Shenron, therefore he was "not" there, he would have been seen, so that it's self is a plothole, and we all know they cannot be taken seriously.

We all know in all DBZ logic kakarrot was not there, and like I said the dialogue of shenron and kakarrot being there, hold as much water as my ghostly aura around kakarrot's body.

Yeah, TOEI basically sucks.
And since it's full of plotholes, I wouldn't doubt that this is one of them.

I can't see why but that is not the case here. Since that happened we can't say it didn't happen. Even if it is a plot hole, it happen. Not to mention this is a movie.
